Portsmouth - Green 2 Grading (incl Pressure Test) & Xmas Lunch
Saturday 11th December 2010 10am - 1pmThis is a Green 2 grading including the Pressure Test. You will be graded on the syllabus, then you will undertake the pressure test. Please bring boxing full contact gloves, mouth guard and a head guard.Grading fee of £80 is payable on the day. Membership must be current. Venue to be confirmed After the Pressure Test all attendees are invited to the Portsmouth Christmas Lunch to recouperate! This seminar represents a whole month's regular training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class in 3 hours. This course is a very economical way of gaining plenty of knowledge to grapple effectively. This will take your sparring and Chi Sao to a whole different level. It will enable you to dictate at what distance you take the fight.
